Terca targets developers
Following extensive customer research, Terca has developed a new range of bricks targeted at developers.
Manufactured at the clay specialist’s Sandown factory in the West Midlands, the range incorporates four new bricks designed to allow customers to mix and match the products on both commercial and residential developments.
The variety of rich red and cream tones seen in the Sutton Red, Sandwell Red Multi, Coleshill Cream, and Bourneville Buff Blend complement each other when the bricks are used together either for individual properties or larger developments.
Manufactured using the latest technology, the bricks offer advanced technical qualities and optimum colour consistency making them ideal for volume housebuilding, high-rise apartments and office developments.
“Our strong relationships with developers have enabled us to create a perfect palette of colours and textures,” said Nigel Linton, Terca’s product development director. “The result is a fresh and vibrant selection of bricks that can meet any design or architectural requirement.”
