Inclusion week doesn’t end here, however! All next week we’ll be hearing from our own people on what inclusion means to them. We have a range of insights from colleagues across various sites and roles discussing their own experiences with inclusivity aspects from neurodiversity, culture and disability to wellbeing and the experiences of women in the construction industry.
