On 4 January 2024, the owners of Maincor Ltd. a UK trading specialist in underfloor heating solutions and Wienerberger, a leading international provider of innovative, ecological solutions for the entire building envelope, in the fields of new buildings and renovations, as well as infrastructure in water and energy management have signed a definitive agreement to acquire all shares in Maincor Ltd.
The company, a leading provider of underfloor heating solutions in the UK, was established in 2007 by Rod and Gloria Hickmott and joined by Kelvin Liscombe as Managing Director in 2012. Kelvin and his senior leadership team are all remaining with the business to drive continued growth within this expanding sector of the UK construction market.
The parties to the transaction agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
