Throughout 2025, wienerberger’s Community Fund has provided small but meaningful support to local causes that matter most to our people.
The Community Fund is a cash pot designed to give our sites and offices the flexibility to support organisations close to home. Whether that’s helping families at Christmas, supporting young people, or backing charities that protect animals and the environment, the fund exists to make a difference where our people think it’s needed most.

Over the course of 2025, the Community Fund supported over 40 local causes, reaching a wide range of community organisations and charities. The causes supported reflect the diversity of the communities we work in and the passions of our employees.
In total, nearly £15,000 has been donated this year, an extra boost in 2025 as wienerberger pledged monies to encourage colleagues to fill out the Employee Engagement Survey. For every colleague who shared their feedback, we added £5 to the fund. A simple mechanism that linked listening to our people with giving back to our communities.

As part of their Community Fund allocation, colleagues at Building Product Design’s Sale office chose to support three charities working with people in their local area including Home-Start Trafford - a volunteer led organisation that helps to prevent family crisis & breakdown.
