Welcoming our community for Heritage Open Days at Ewhurst

Our Ewhurst factory has been opening its doors to the public every year since 2017 for Heritage Open Days in partnership with the National Trust.

Visitors are offered educational guided tours of our Ewhurst brick and tile factory in Surrey and a chance for a behind the scenes look at our highly skilled Heritage Services Team.

Heritage Open Days is England's largest community led festival of history and culture, involving thousands of local volunteers and organisations. Every year in September it brings people together to celebrate their heritage, community and history.

Our event at Ewhurst averages 150 people a year and sees not only the local community but friends and family of wienerberger staff enjoy the day.

Not only do visitors get to see inside the factory but also have a chance to make their own heritage tile as well as craft clay carving sessions and more.
