Anderwood Homes are a small housebuilder located on the south coast of England specialising in developing sustainable, high-quality homes. In Sway, Lymington, Anderwood have delivered three high-quality bungalows using a combination of traditional construction methods and innovative, future-focused building products.
Designed to achieve strong energy performance while maintaining build quality and durability, the project showcases the benefits of the Eco-brick system, alongside a complete external envelope solution including Sandtoft 20/20 roof tiles, dry ridge system, in-roof solar system, and FloPlast water goods, to achieve an excellent EPC A rating.
